ENSS Blue Dragons run to COSSA title

East Northumberland Secondary School athletes didn't win any individual titles, but their overall performance was good enough to win the COSSA cross country championship Wednesday.

ENSS totalled 35 points to easily finish ahead of Bayside (20 points) at Goodrich-Loomis Conservation Area.

Quinte Secondary placed fourth overall (16) while Centennial also cracked the Top 10 finishing sixth (13). St. Theresa was eighth with 10 points. Thirty schools and more than 500 athletes competed in the one-day meet.
